Mrs. Cecil M. Jackson, 74, 916 W. Wabash Ave., died at 11:55 p.m. Monday in Culver Union Hospital. She had been in failing health for the past four years. She was born near Bloomington the daughter of Elmer and Kate Buzzaird and was married in June 1921 to Fred B. Jackson. She was a graduate of Bloomington High School and attended Indiana University. She was a member of the Church of Christ in Crawfordsville. Her husband is a former teacher in the Crawfordsville School system. Survivors include the husband; a daughter, Mrs. Loren Peck of Farmington, Mich.; two sisters, Mrs. Ruby Sanders of Oakland, Calif., and Mrs. Jay Andersen of San Leandro, Calif., and two grandchildren, Nancy and Jim Peck. Services are scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Hunt & Son Funeral Home with burial in Rose Hill Cemetery at Bloomington. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. – jlr
